Dedicated and passionate about serving her clients, Nicole and her team go above and beyond for their clients, guiding them through some of the biggest transitions of their lives. 

Born and raised in South Los Angeles, Nicole has lived all over Southern California in Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties, making her one of the industry’s leading area experts. Her real estate career began in the early 2000s, when she was at a crossroads. Sitting behind a desk all day at her office job, Nicole knew she had so much more to offer. As a natural go-getter, she knew she wanted to start her own business. And through the encouragement of one of her co-workers, she pursued a career in real estate. She worked with her first client the moment she received her real estate license and hit the ground running. Today, she is the leader of one of the area’s most dynamic real estate teams and is happy to serve clients throughout  Southern California.

As a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Nicole specializes in estate sales, helping older clients and their families conduct more complex real estate transactions. Through the efforts of her and her team, Nicole not only offers her clients valuable assistance but provides them with many resources to help them navigate the changes they are experiencing. This is one of the many niches Nicole has excelled in, along with relocation and long-distance sales. She is proud of the fact she has built a thriving business, built mainly on referrals and repeat clients who have trusted her and her team to help them navigate Southern California’s competitive real estate market. Nicole primarily works with buyers, sellers, and investors in Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties focusing on Anaheim, Riverside, Fullerton, and the surrounding area. 

Along with building a very successful real estate team, Nicole has recently become an empty-nester. Now that her kids are fully grown, she has taken more time to explore different passions–especially cooking. She grew up learning how to make Authentic Mexican Food, so she works to perfect these cooking techniques, treating it as an art. She is also incredibly passionate about wine culture and hopes to open a wine bar one day.
