"I was going through a complicated divorce and Nichole Pompey was my choice for a realtor. Unfortunately my ex-husband did not choose her to sell our house. Nichole still walked me through selling my house and answered any questions I had, even though she was not the agent selling my house. Then when it came time to purchase my condo I finally got to use Nichole and her team. Nichole gave me references for financing, home inspections and home owners insurance. Everyone I dealt with was professional, available and patient with any all questions (1st time buying). As we all know the market is crazy right now and finding, much less getting, the condo I wanted is a miracle that Nichole made happen. Not only that but her and her team managed to pull off a 21 day escrow with a conventional loan (I think it was actually quicker than 21 days). We interviewed Nicole and Alex and they explained their services to us and assured us that they could handle everything from start to finish. They told us that we could move our uncle and take anything of value that we wanted and they would handle the rest within a certain timeframe. We were amazed that they packed up everything and sent us pictures of things they would come across to see if they were valuable or if we wanted them. They boxed up everything we left behind that we forgot about and sent it to us and handled packing up everything else to be donated. They had the house cleaned and arranged for everything to get the house ready to market and sell. It was the smoothest most stress free experience we could have imagined.
